I’m Ciara, a Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C) in the State of Maryland. I have over 10 years of experience working with families and children throughout the State of Maryland. My experience enables me to offer an effective individualized mental health treatment program. I aim to end the stigma and barriers that are associated with mental health services. I provide services for a variety of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, and families. I will utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based therapy methods to develop individualized treatment plans to meet your individual need.
